The DEVICOR – Dual torque Tester unit has been designed for measuring 3 different required torques:
1.Linear movement generated by a rotational lead screw in the product, in forward movement.
2.Linear movement generated by a rotational lead screw in the product, in backward movement.
3.The guide torque which involves only rotational motion.
The equipment contains the following elements:
1.An automated system that performs a Torque test for with 2 nest capable to operate in parallel.
2.A Stand Alone unit with a local data base capability
3.An accurate measurement system capable to display and capture a range from 0-3.1 lb-in for the rotation torque and 0-8 lb-in for Forward and backward torques.
4.System capable to achieve the accurate Torque verification within 20 sec* per part considering both nest working.
5.Integrate the reliability test operation.
6.Integrate one nest manual operation.
