The Honeywell Safety – Gas Mask Pressing System unit has been designed for performing the assembly process of three plastic components into the protective plastic mask, the system has the following sections:
1.Loading Area: Operator will be loading/unloading the Gas Mask components.
2.Pressing Mechanism.
3.Control Panel: Electrical & Pneumatic.
The equipment contains the following elements:
1.An automated pressing mechanism capable to move four (4) pressing mechanism per cycle.
2.Real time troubleshooting resolution center on HMI.
