The PEC – U502 Inspection System unit has been designed to perform three different test:
1.Relay Collar (plastic cover) detection test.
2.Components detection test
3.Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for Master Fuse Characters
Operator needs to make a minimal effort to use the system.
Operator just needs to place the relay collar on the nest and the system will perform the remain process automatically
The equipment contains the following elements:
1.5 MP Camera
2.Custom made visual recognition software
3.A Stand Alone unit with a local data base capability
4.Automatic Holding Mechanism.
5.Automatic Process Counter.
6.Real time troubleshooting resolution center on HMI.
