The Sunpower – Belt Type Transferring and Conveyor systems:
1.System can hold 72, 96 & 128 Solar Panels (no adjustment required for transferring process)
2.Synchronized automatic solar panel’s feeding management process (from two (2) lines to one (1) line).
3.Modify 90 degrees the direction of the solar panel that has been processed on the laminator using a transferring system.
4.Solar panel alignment during movement on the conveyor using one (1) edge.
5.Lead screw lifting actuation (cost reduction due no pneumatic components will be used on the mechanism).
