The Honeywell Aerospace – Fishbowl Tester System unit has been designed to perform three different test:
1.Low Pressure Test (Pressure leak test)
2.Low – High Pressure Test (Deformation test)
3.High Pressure Test (Drop pressure test)
Operator needs to make a minimal effort to use the system, manual adjustments must be performed by operator.
Operator just needs to connect the device that will be tested and the system will perform the remain process automatically (after manual setup).
The equipment contains the following key elements:
1.Digital Pressure Indicator
2.Hardware status indicator
3.A Stand Alone unit with a local data base capability
4.Automatic Holding Mechanism.
5.Automatic Process Counter.
6.Real time troubleshooting resolution center on HMI.
